These are pretty good and should be placed right next to each other, as a series.

Mitt Romney - An Introduction - As Presidential candidate (I could not even find one!  Should be similar to
           the one for him as Governor.)

   Short Ad - Fair, but little impact Romney For President.  (First ad, started off pretty good, then... I will form greatly effective teams of experts as I have done throughout my career...I will make sure the poor and those who can not take care of themselves are taken care of, as I worked for as a governor...I will be the President for all the people   I will implement energy independent and in the process create 100's of thousands of jobs.    Mitt Romney an exceptional track record of problem solving and effectiveness - and fairness for all.  Hire him for your greater prosperity.

     Mitt Romney - Leadership (YouTube) - Perhaps the best short ad.
           Mitt Romney - The Olympics Turnaround - Excellent 
     Mitt Romney - Hero - Good, but hardly anyone knows of it.

I couldn't find any issue specific videos that were strong and detailed enough.  These can have some quotes from Romney but should be produced at the caliber of the introduction as governor.

Forget about contesting Rick Perry and just make your point clearly.

Medicare - Couldn't find a good one on this.  Position: I will assure all of the benefits and protections for those who need it.  It's just a question of financing and we'll create that.  Yes, there will be means testing, so that there is more for assuring protection for those who need it.

Mitt Romney Illegal Immigration Takes Guts - Good.

Education

Mitt Romney: Education - Good.  Iowa Caucus.

Gay Rights

Mitt Romney On Gay Marriage - Fairly good.  Interview with Pierce Morgan
It is important to emphasize that you are in favor of what the public wants for civil rights for gay people and civil unions.  They will get the benefits, but I don't favor the label. 

Abortion

No clear videos.   Pro-life AND he will support right to choose.  I see the plan leaves this out, but I think it is important to clearly say that you will respect the rights of the public and correspondingly the right to choose, even if you are Pro-Life personally.   You must take a strong position that you will not impose values on others, as no one has the right to do that.
